HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?
If you have any issues or concerns with your items, it is to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a store credit/exchange. Anything outside of these 30 days voids the possibility of a store credit/exchange. We do not offer a store credit/exchange for change of mind.
WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Please keep in mind when returning an item, we ask for items to be;

All items are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality and will be inspected upon return.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return an item please email us at officialvitalityapparel@gmail.com we will direct you with the correct details, please note returning an item will be at your own expense.
WHEN WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE?
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Shipping prices are not included in store credits.
GOODS TO KNOW...
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE RETURNS INTO ONE RETURN?
Yes you can return multiple items in the same return, when organising your return please be clear about this. Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

If you opt for an exchange, we're unable to ship out your chosen item until we receive and inspect the original item and deem it as exchangeable. Items must follow our returns guideline.

If you opt for a store credit, we're unable to issue your store credit until we receive and inspect the original item and deem it as creditable. Items must follow our returns guideline.
